Women’s basketball edged by Hanover
A late fourth-quarter charge by Hanover doomed Franklin College to a 66-60 setback on Wednesday evening. Bayleigh Torrance scored 11 points to lead a balanced lineup for the Grizzlies (7-13, 5-8 HCAC), while CiCi Bailey added nine points and Jessica Nix and Georgia Hanauer each contributed eight.
Men’s basketball falls at home
Franklin College was no match for visiting Hanover in a 92-67 setback. Ryan Wiggins and Lynn King each scored 11 points for the Grizzlies (9-13, 5-10 HCAC), while T.J. Deere was close behind with 10.
