Personal-injury accidents
2:50 p.m. Monday – State Road 135 N. and Fairview Place. Eden Alejo, 20, Greenwood. Alejo reported having pain and injury to her neck.
7:58 a.m. Monday – Worthsville Road and Sheek Road. Juan Delgado, 40, Whiteland. Delgado reported having pain and injury to his neck.

Theft
50 block of Broadway St.: Reported at 12:48 a.m. Friday the theft of a trailer and tools had occurred.

Belmont Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on charges of driving while suspended with prior suspension, possession of hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, possession of stolen property and possession of paraphernalia; held on $5,200 bond.
Timothy Wayne Spivey, 41, 1505 Luke Lane, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of bond forfeiture; held without bond.
