4800 block of W. Smith Valley Road, Greenwood: Reported at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday that a fraud had occurred.
Hit and Run
5764 E. County Road 700 N., Clark Elementary, Franklin: A man reported at 5:35 a.m. Tuesday that his vehicle was struck by a dark colored SUV that did not stop.
Identity Theft
1530 block of W. State Road 44, Franklin: A woman reported at 2:25 p.m. Monday that someone opened a Pay Pal account and a credit card under her name and several transactions had been made.

Tracey D. Dowell, 48, 706 Fairview Drive, E., Greenwood; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $300 bond.
Jennifer Drury, 50, 657 E. Fall Creek Parkway, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.
