TRAFALGAR
V. Diann (Gregg) Hudson, age 76 passed away peacefully on Thursday morning, February 3, 2022 at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin. She was a resident of Trafalgar.
Diann was born May 31, 1945, in Martinsville, to the late Vernon Butch and Maxine (Van Sickle) Gregg Jr. She was a 1964 graduate of Trafalgar High School. Diann worked on the line at Kawneer for several years and later retired from Hudson Trim Shop in Franklin, where she and her husband were the owner and operator.
Diann enjoyed boating, gambling and riding with her late husband on their Honda Gold Wing. She also enjoyed feeding the birds, dancing, watching murder mysteries and reading the Daily Journal. Diann was a former league member of the Women’s League at Highway Lanes in Franklin.
She is survived by her children, Kayla (Dave) Titus of Palm Bay, Florida and Traci Scott (Marty) of Trafalgar; step-children, Brian Hodson of Greenwood, Leah (Troy) Harper of San Marcos, CA, Max (Chrissy) Hudson of Franklin and Robin (Ron) Peconge of Ft. Wayne; grandchildren, Tyler (Melinda) Zapfe, TreAnna (Jordan) Scott, Wade Goolsby, Christopher Hudson, Samara Galvas; 2 great grandchildren: Parker and Charlie; and a sister Cathy (Bob) Griggs of Trafalgar.
Diann was preceded in death by her loving husband of 43 years, Max T. Hudson on August 31, 2021. She was also preceded in death by her parents and sister, Karen Gregg.
In keeping with her wishes, she will be cremated with a Celebration of Life Service to be held on March 12th from 1-5 p.m. at the Edinburgh American Legion Post 233. Arrangements have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation &Personalization Center in Morgantown.
