300 Marlin Drive, Menards: Reported at 4:28 p.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.

Michelle P. Gregorio, 37, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $500 bond.
Jerry Enoch Jones, 38, Morgantown; arrested on a charge of domestic battery; released on $1,000 bond.
David L. Kent Jr., 28, Greenwood; arrested on charges of domestic battery on a person less than 14 years old, strangulation, sexual battery and rape; held on $64,000 bond.
