Leadership Johnson County will host a workshop focused on practical steps to influence inclusion at the individual, team and organizational levels.
The workshop, titled “Creating Inclusive Teams,” will take place 9 a.m. to noon May 17 at the Johnson County Armory, at 325 Minuteman Way, Franklin.
The workshop will share how inclusive organizational cultures are vital to employee engagement, commitment, persistence, and performance outcomes. The workshop will provide practical steps to influence inclusion at the individual, team, and organization levels, according to the event information.
Tickets are $49 per person for Leadership Johnson County Signature Program graduates, Franklin College alumni, Franklin and Indy Chamber of Commerce members, and Aspire members. General public pricing is $59 per person.
