Hit and Run
80 block of 14th St.: A man reported at 3:36 p.m. Wednesday that a semi pulling a trailer had struck his sewer drain plumbing wash out and caused deep ruts in his yard.
Theft
2155 McClain Drive, Overton Industries: A man reported at 10:08 a.m. Wednesday that he had video of a vehicle entering into the property and taking scrap metal.

Hit and Run
1650 block of S. Franklin Road, Greenwood: A woman reported at 7:03 a.m. Thursday that a she started to pass a vehicle in a passing zone, the vehicle swerved into her lane trying to stop her and struck her vehicle, causing her to run off the roadway.

Alexander L. Fletcher, 31, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $300 bond.
Kara M. Frank, 34, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of manufacture/dealing methamphetamine; held on $1,250 bond.
Jacob Donovan Freeland, 30, Franklin; arrested on a charge of violation of community corrections; held without bond.
Maurio M. Laye Jr., 29, Park Forest, Illinois; arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia; held on $1,000 bond.
