Fraud

2801 N. Morton St., Franklin police department: A woman reported at 4:25 p.m. Wednesday that she used her debit card on a website and after she never received her package she thought it could be a scam.

Theft

188 Umbarger Lane, Relax Inn, Franklin: A man reported at 2:13 a.m. Thursday that someone had stolen two of his cell phones.

Personal-injury accidents

6:40 p.m. Tuesday – 3147 W. Smith Valley Road. Juvenile bicyclist, 17, reported having pain with injury to his hip/upper leg.

12:53 p.m. Tuesday – State Road 135 N. and County Line Road. Mark Clark, 71, Greenwood. Clark reported having pain to his chest.

8:44 p.m. Monday – State Road 135 N. and W. Fairview Road. Nicolas Kenworthy, 40, Greenwood. Kenworthy reported having minor bleeding with injury to his head.

Thefts

40 block of Mystic Springs Drive: Reported at 7:27 a.m. Thursday that a theft had occurred.

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 9:13 p.m. Wednesday that shoplifting had occurred.

3100 block of Meridian Meadows Road: Reported at 7:43 p.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.

895 S. State Road 135, Target: Reported at 2:58 p.m. Wednesday a shoplifting with suspects that have stolen in the past, totaling over $1,000.

60 block of Timberline Drive: A woman reported at 2:22 p.m. Wednesday the theft of her vehicle.

65 Airport Parkway, New Vista: Reported at 8:14 a.m. Wednesday the theft of a cell phone had occurred.

5800 W. Smith Valley Road, Southland Community Church, Greenwood: A man reported at 9:31 a.m. Wednesday that a unknown person called wanting to give a large sum of money and he realized it was a scam.

Theft

5440 block of W. Gallagher Drive, Greenwood: Reported at 1:23 p.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.

Kevin Eugene Basham, 43, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $300 bond.

Derric L. Chumney, 42, Greenwood; arrested on warrants for failure to appear in court; held without bond.

Maggie Danielle Coxey, 28, homeless; arrested on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Nicholas Scott Eaton, 24, Camby; arrested on a charge of probation violation and warrants for failure to appear in court; held without bond.

Derick Osvaldo Sosa, 19, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of child solicitation and resisting law enforcement; released on $7,600 bond.

Michael Sullivan, 20, Franklin; arrested on a charge of battery; released on $250 bond.

Jason A. Thornton, 40, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of child solicitation, possession of methamphetamine, habitual traffic violator, felon in possession of a firearm and forgery-counterfeiting and application fraud; held on $35,400 bond.

Kaianna N. Voiles, 21, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held without bond.

Trevor D. Webb, 37, Franklin; arrested on charges of unauthorized entry of a vehicle and invasion of privacy; held on $2,000 bond.

Scott Thomas Webber, 34, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of domestic battery; held without bond.
