Kevin Allyn Wilson, 71, of Greenwood, passed away on June 1, 2022. He was born on August 5,1950 in Flushing, NY to Richard and Margaret Loeffler Wilson.Kevin liked to tell people he was three times retired. First as a Master Trooper with the Indiana State Police then as a Finance Manager in the car business and finally as an all-around handy man who loved to help his family and neighbors with all of their building projects big and small. His hobbies included woodworking, reloading and target shooting.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years Sue Wilson, his children Jeremy Wilson (Nicole) Joshua Wilson (Amy), Jacki Wilson. Grand Children Courtney Wilson, Austin Wilson (Dora), Cameron Wilson, Makaila Wilson Landrum, Brendan Wilson, Landen Brooks and Olivia Brooks. Sisters Quelda Wilson and Teri Cardot.
He was preceded in death by his parents as well as his brothers Richard Wilson, Donald Wilson and sister Francis Wilson.
Visitation will be on Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 2:00PM – 6:00 PM at G. H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home at The Gardens of Olive Branch, 1605 S. State Road 135. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 11:00am at St. Francis & Clare Catholic Church, 5901 Olive Branch Road, Greenwood, IN 46143, with additional visitation from 10-11:00am. He will be laid to rest at St. Francis & Clare Resurrection Garden.
