The Youth Choir and Ringers from Church of the Savior United Methodist in Cincinnati, Ohio, will perform a free concert at 7 p.m. June 8 at Grace United Methodist Church in Franklin.
The performance will be held in the sanctuary of the church, located at 1300 E. Adams St.
This is the 19th summer tour for the Youth Choir and Ringers. They will present “Alive,” a worship concert based on the biblical verse Galatians 2:20: “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
The program features choral anthems, handbell pieces and dramatic sketches. The junior and senior high students who participate in these choirs are committed to sharing their faith through music that delivers an inspiring and uplifting message of hope and assurance.
