100 block of King St.: A man reported at 8:10 a.m. Monday that his vehicle had been egged overnight and damage to the rear driver’s side door had occurred.
Fraud
2801 N. Morton St., police department: A man reported at 2:12 p.m. Monday that a check amount had been altered and then cashed.
Thefts
100 block of Patterson St.: A woman reported at 9:55 p.m. Monday that someone had stolen her son’s bicycle from the front yard and another bicycle was left in its place.
1620 block of Younce St.: A woman reported at 4:16 p.m. Monday that a bicycle had been stolen from her residence and another bicycle had been dropped off.
100 block of Crescent St.: A woman reported at 8:41 a.m. Monday that sometime overnight her son’s bicycle was stolen from the front yard.

5:53 a.m. Monday – Graham Road and Commerce Parkway E. Drive. Kenneth Bullock, 52, Franklin. Bullock reported having pain and injury to his neck. James Anderson, 52, Indianapolis. Anderson reported having pain and injury to his neck.

300 U.S. 31 S., WideRange: Reported at 3:58 p.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.
640 block of Park Drive: Reported at 10:58 a.m. Monday the theft of a vehicle had occurred.
480 block of Chaney Ave.: Reported at 9:22 a.m. Monday the theft of a firearm had occurred.
1200 S. block of Graham Road: Reported at 8:50 a.m. Monday that a theft and criminal mischief had occurred.
