850 W. Stop 18, Freedom Springs: Reported at 9:47 p.m. Thursday that a theft had occurred.

Fraud
1091 Hospital Road, sheriff’s office, Franklin: A man reported at 9:19 a.m. Thursday that he entered into an agreement to purchase a vehicle and they never delivered the vehicle even after being paid.
Identity Theft
1000 block of Silver Lake Court, Greenwood: A woman reported at 9:30 a.m. Thursday that someone had attempted to rent a house in another state using her personal information.

Laney Whitney Cornett, 44, Greenwood; arrested on charges of bond forfeiture, possession of stolen property and a warrant for failure to appear in court; held without bond.
Torrez Melilk Esco, 24, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, possession of controlled substance-schedule V, dealing cocaine or narcotic drug and dealing controlled substance-schedule IV substance; held on $60,000 bond.
Trey Okan Marciniak, 19, Kokomo; arrested on a charge of sexual misconduct with a minor/statutory rape; released on $1,200 bond.
Kenyada M. Newman, 31, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of stolen property, driving while suspended with prior suspension and false identity statement; bond information unavailable.
Aaron Michael Phillips, 26, Greenwood; arrested on charges of domestic battery and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia; held on $2,200 bond.
Jaley Roberts, 23, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.
John Richard Sears, 32, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing; released on $250 bond.
William E. Stratton, 44, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of possession of hypodermic syringe or needle and wanted on an out of county warrant; held without bond.
Derrick M. Varner, 27, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of domestic battery, strangulation and interfering in the reporting of a crime; released on $3,400 bond.

Dantrell L. Jackson, 26, Indianapolis; also arrested on charges of domestic battery, resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, resisting law enforcement, operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license and confinement; held on $8,500 bond.
