700 Franklin Lakes Blvd., Blue Heron Park: Reported at 7:17 p.m. Saturday that children saw a nude older man running around, officers searched the area and were unable to locate the suspect.
Thefts
1420 block of E. Jefferson St.: A woman reported at 12:40 a.m. Sunday the theft of a phone had occurred.
2080 E. King St., McDonald’s: Reported at 12:41 a.m. Sunday that a male and a juvenile came into the store and took food, after officers found the people involved they said they were doing a prank.

421 Wall St., Midwest Catalyst: Reported at 10:41 a.m. Sunday that a burglary had occurred.

880 U.S. 31 S., Hubler Pre-Owned: Someone reported at 10:47 p.m. Saturday that fireworks debris landed on vehicles.

150 block of N. Madison Ave.: Reported at 4:44 p.m. Saturday that a hit and run had occurred.

1291 N. Madison Ave., Speedway: Reported at 2:52 a.m. Saturday that a robbery has occurred.
Thefts
660 block of Gatewood Drive: Reported at 7:58 p.m. Sunday that a theft of a bicycle had occurred.
1251 U.S. 31 N., Dave and Busters: Reported at 8:40 p.m. Saturday that a theft and damage to their vehicle had occurred.
1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 2:18 p.m. Friday that someone was caught shoplifting.
1100 block of Paradise Court: Reported at 1:09 p.m. Friday that an American flag was stolen from a residence.

7500 E. block of County Road 900 N., Indianapolis: A woman reported at 8:17 a.m. Sunday that someone had put some type of firework inside their mailbox and it blew the mailbox apart and off the post.
3960 block of S. Mauxferry Road, Franklin: A woman reported at 10:56 a.m. Friday that her mailbox had been damaged by some type of fireworks.
