Raffle, donation accounts for Trafalgar accident victims

In the aftermath of the an accident that killed Jacob Garrett “Jake” Roberts, 23, Nineveh and severely injured Trafalgar Police Officer Dustin Moody, 30, of Greenwood, the community is rallying around both families.

Now, Brave Nutrition and K3 Cattle, located at 801 Spring Lake Drive, Suites A&B, are hosting raffles to benefit Moody’s family and Roberts’ family. Tickets for both raffles are available for $20 dollars at Brave Nutrition. The raffles will be held at noon Sunday live on the Brave Nutrition Facebook page. The raffle prizes are a meat bundle including over 50 pounds of various pork and beef products valued at $400. Only 40 tickets are available. All proceeds will go to Moody and his family, according to their Facebook page.
