2801 N. Morton St., police department: A man reported at 12:27 p.m. Monday that a woman forged his signature on his vehicle title and had it titled in her name.
3090 block of N. Morton St.: A man reported at 3:48 p.m. Monday that his moped was stolen from his front driveway.

905 W. County Line Road, Check Smart: Reported at 11:54 a.m. Monday that counterfeiting had occurred.
Fraud
1230 block of O’Dell Lane: A woman reported at 8:44 p.m. Monday that her identity was used to secure a utility service in another state.

1170 block of O’Dell Lane: Reported at 9:05 a.m. Monday that an identity theft had occurred.

1251 U.S. 31 N., JC Penney: Reported at 5:12 p.m. Monday that a juvenile was arrested for shoplifting.
930 block of Fry Road: Reported at 1:10 p.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.
1500 block of America Way: Someone reported at 9:10 a.m. Monday that this was the second time their catalytic converter had been stolen from their vehicle.

Hit and Run
5040 block of Johnson St., Greenwood: A couple reported at 8:32 a.m. Monday that damage to their bush, tire tracks in the yard and the culvert pipe had been cracked.
Theft
1091 Hospital Road, Johnson County jail, Franklin: Reported at 2:21 p.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.
