Mildred C. “Mickey” Dew, 90, of Greenwood passed away on August 9, 2022, at Greenwood Healthcare. Mickey was born on January 7, 1932, in Milltown, IN to William and Mildred (Collins) Bigler. Mickey had worked for the J.I. Case Company as a bookkeeper, and was the owner and bookkeeper of an auto parts store with her husband, Thomas. In her free time, Mickey loved to go boating, she loved cooking and canning, needle point and embroidery. Mickey attended the Vineyard Church in Greenwood.
Mickey is survived by her children: Lynne Edwards, Jack Fogelman, Teresa Weems and Kim Scalf; thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; brothers: Bill and Omer Bigler; sister, Dodie Roell. Mickey was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughters: Cathy Cambridge and Cheryl Carpenter; one brother and two sisters.
A memorial service to celebrate Mickey’s life will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service &Crematory, 481 W. Main Street Greenwood. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
