300 Branigin Blvd., Province Park: A park employee reported at 3:17 p.m. Tuesday that unknown persons painted graffiti on the east side Creekside Shelter, shelter floor and both bathrooms.

Theft
2125 N. Morton St., Walmart: A loss prevention employee reported at 7:47 p.m. Tuesday that a woman passed all points of sale and attempted to exit the doors with a cart full of merchandise.
2125 N. Morton St., Walmart: Loss prevention employee reported at 12:07 p.m. Tuesday that a man was attempting to push a shopping cart full of Legos and other merchandise out of the store.

155 Marlin Drive, Chick-Fil-A: Reported at 5:44 p.m. Tuesday that a hit and run had occurred.
Thefts
860 U.S. 31 S., Rural King: Reported at 8:53 p.m. Tuesday that an attempted theft had occurred.
1040 block of Bexley Drive: Reported at 8:22 p.m. Tuesday that a theft had occurred.
1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 3:52 p.m. Tuesday that someone was caught shoplifting.
494 U.S. 31, Apex Vehicle Maintenance: Reported at 9:27 a.m. Tuesday the theft of a vehicle from the lot had occurred.
