Robert J. Williams, 38, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance-controlled substances; held on $3,200 bond.
Cory J. Conner, 30, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of false identity statement, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, possession of paraphernalia, visiting a common nuisance-controlled substance and wanted on an out of county warrant; held without bond.
Jamie Arnaz Penry, 40, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with prior suspension; held on $2,000 bond.
Nathan S. Smith, 49, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of fraud; released on $300 bond.
Deandre Deshawn Woods, 21, homeless; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $235 bond.
