Mark T. Wiggam

GREENWOOD

Mark Twain Wiggam passed away on Sunday August 28, 2022. He is survived by his wife Julie (nee Brizius); two daughters, Abbey and Cadence; his parents, Leland Wiggam and M. Christine Wiggam of Brownsburg, IN; sister Heather Wiggam McMahon (Keith) of Bluffton, South Carolina; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will take place at Greenwood Christian Church 2045 Averitt Rd, Greenwood, IN 46143 on Wednesday September 21, 2022 from 5-7PM.

Mark was born in Indianapolis, grew up on a farm in Spencer, Indiana, and graduated from Owen Valley High School, where he was heavily involved in the band program. He attended both Vincennes and Indiana State Universities. He was a proud member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. As an active member of Greenwood Christian Church, he enjoyed serving in the student ministry. He was also employed for many years at Greenwood Christian School where he was considered the world’s best “lunch lady man.” He was an enthusiastic booster for the Whiteland Community High School band. Mark enjoyed nothing more than music, a good meal, a well-worded story, a healthy debate on the merits of tie-dye as a color, and time with those he loved. Anyone who met him did not soon forget. The space that he has left in our lives cannot be filled, but the good that he accomplished during his life will live on.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be designated to Camp Allendale or the Whiteland Community High School Band Boosters.

You are invited to read Mark’s obituary at www.stpierrefamilyfuneral.com, where you are invited to sign the guest book and leave a personal message for the family.
