Empower Johnson County needs input for a community survey on youth substance use. Empower is a local coalition working to “prevent and reduce youth substance abuse through advocacy, education, and enforcement.”
The survey is anonymous and the results will not be published, only used by the coalition to better understand what members can do to increase youth substance use prevention efforts in Johnson County.
Empower asks for just a few minutes to complete the survey and pass it along to friends, colleagues, students and others who could share input.
People who fill out the survey will be entered to win a $25 Target Gift Card.
