2801 N. Morton St., police department: A man reported at 3:19 p.m. Wednesday that he received several letters in the mail referencing to credit cards and found out someone had attempted to open credit cards in his name.

Theft
2125 N. Morton St., Walmart: A loss prevention employee reported at 4:52 p.m. Monday that he caught a woman bag several items without scanning them and then tried to leave the store without paying for 10 items totaling over $60.

Fraud
100 block of Declaration Drive: Reported at 1:34 p.m. Wednesday that a fraud had occurred.
422 Park 800 Drive, Radiation Service: Reported at 3:41 p.m. Monday that an unknown person was sending out fraudulent emails to customers requesting payment.

1:27 p.m. Tuesday – I-65 N. and mile marker 99 N. entrance ramp. Airial Emery, 23, Indianapolis. Emery reported having minor bleeding with injury to her head.
5:03 p.m. Monday – U.S. 31 N. and Main St. Dawn Staggs, 59, Columbus. Staggs reported having minor bleeding with injury to her face. Gloria Hill, 83, Greenwood. Hill reported having minor bleeding with injury to her elbow/lower arm.

150 Marlin Drive, Meijer: Reported at 8:08 p.m. Monday that shoplifting had occurred.

6350 N. block of County Road 25 W., Whiteland: A man reported at 7:14 p.m. Monday that he believed someone entered his bedroom, stole money and keys from his pants pocket.
