Starrletta “Starr” (Johnson) Snyder, 65 of Whiteland, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 in Indianapolis.
She was born on July 26, 1957 in Connersville, Indiana to Doyle and Beatrice (Northener) Johnson. She married Larry Snyder on April 25, 1998. He lovingly survives. She is also survived by children, Sonya Snyder; Melinda Buckler (Jeremy) and Brian Snyder (Mandy); seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren and one on the way; sister, Bernita Ryle (Dan) and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in passing by her parents.
Starr was a 1975 graduate of Whiteland High School.
She was employed for forty years with the IU Health Medical Center in manage care specialists.
She was a member of ABATE of Indiana and the VFW Women’s Auxiliary. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, She enjoyed her flowers. Starr was a wonderful cook. Starr was a great communicator. She never met a stranger and loved her family and friends.
A Celebration of Starr’s life will be held on Monday, October 3, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin with visitation on Monday, October 3 from 2:00 p.m. to time of service at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
