Carol A. Garrett, 77 of Franklin passed on October 10th. Visitation will be on Thursday from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. at the Gospel Assembly Church in Indianapolis. Arrangements have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home, Morgantown.
