This wanted posted was posted to Facebook by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday. One woman featured in the poster, Emily Parrish, second from left on top row, has already been arrested on a warrant.

The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office is searching for 11 people wanted for dealing drugs or for failing to appear in court.

Earlier this week, the sheriff’s office posted a poster on social media with photos of 12 people wanted on warrants, asking the public for help finding them. One person listed on the poster, Emily Parrish, was booked into the Johnson County jail on Tuesday.

The remaining people are still wanted.

Eight of the remaining 11 people wanted on drug charges were targeted in a drug roundup in August. Law enforcement officers spread out across Johnson County to arrest more than 30 people on narcotics charges on Aug. 8. The roundup netted 32 arrests, with another 17 people remaining at large at the time.

Those wanted from the roundup who are featured on the poster are:

  • Jami L. Barroso, 43, of Indianapolis; dealing methamphetamine
  • Jonathan C. Bickleman, 27, of Greenwood; two counts of dealing methamphetamine
  • Nolan L. Brumley, 21, of Greenwood; dealing a counterfeit substance
  • Derek L. Gorham, 39, of Morgantown; two counts of dealing methamphetamine, one count of dealing marijuana, one count of dealing hash
  • Michael S. Northcutt, 26, of Indianapolis; dealing methamphetamine
  • Robert Shelton, 32, of New Whiteland; two counts of dealing methamphetamine, one count of dealing a Schedule IV controlled substance
  • Colby M. Whittemore, 24, of Greenwood; dealing methamphetamine, dealing paraphernalia
  • Tony A. Williams, 59, of Indianapolis; one count of dealing methamphetamine

The remaining three people featured on the poster are wanted for failing to appear in court.

Charles Boyd, of Plainfield, was charged with dealing methamphetamine, a Level 2 felony; unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, a Level 4 felony; resisting law enforcement as both a Level 6 felony and a misdemeanor; and two counts of leaving the scene of an accident as a misdemeanor on April 1, 2021.

A warrant was issued for his arrest on Oct. 12 of this year after he failed to appear for a court hearing the day prior, according to online court records. More information on this case was not available before deadline.

Boyd is in the custody of law enforcement in Marion County, after he was arrested on new criminal charges. The new charges led to his bond being revoked and a warrant being issued, online court records show.

Jon Fox, 57, of Shelbyville, was charged on June 7, 2021 with dealing methamphetamine, a Level 3 felony; dealing in a narcotic drug, a Level 5 felony; and operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of a license for life, a Level 5 felony. In August 2020, the sheriff’s office gathered evidence he allegedly made two drug deals in Franklin.

On one occasion, Fox allegedly sold heroin in a parking lot at the Franklin Quality Inn. A few days later, Fox allegedly sold methamphetamine in a parking lot at Johnson Memorial Hospital. The deal was conducted less than 500 feet from Custer Baker Intermediate School, which was in session, according to a sheriff’s office report.

A warrant was ordered for his arrest on July 28 after he failed to appear in court. However, the judge overseeing the case — Douglas Cummins — was informed on Aug. 31 by jail staff that the warrant was never issued. It was subsequently issued then, according to online court records.

Corey Pickett, 33, of Indianapolis, was charged on May 17, 2021 with two counts of dealing in a narcotic drug, a Level 5 felony. In August and September 2020, the sheriff’s office gathered evidence he allegedly made two drug deals in Greenwood.

On both occasions, Pickett allegedly sold fentanyl at a Dollar Tree in Greenwood, according to a probable cause affidavit.

A warrant was issued for his arrest on Aug. 17, 2021 after he failed to appear in court for an initial hearing, online court records show.
