300 block of Elmead Court: A woman reported at 5:06 p.m. Thursday that she responded to a post by a family friend on Facebook Marketplace for a house for rent and after she sent him funds via a Cash App he stopped responding to her.
1251 U.S. 31 N., JC Penney: Reported at 3:46 p.m. Thursday that shoplifting had occurred.

12:40 p.m. Thursday – S. Peterman Road and W. Smith Valley Road, Greenwood. Dilipkumar Patel, 65, Greenwood. Patel reported having pain and injury to his head. Domnita Dumitrescu, 57, Greenwood. Dumitrescu reported having pain and injury to her back.
