Old Town Greenwood shopping event this weekend

The Discover Old Town Greenwood Seventh Annual Holiday Open House is happening this weekend from today to Saturday. The organization asks residents to support Old Town Greenwood’s local businesses during this holiday season. There will be many Old Town businesses featuring specials and unique events to kick-start holiday shopping.

Schedule of events:

Today

  • All day – pick up a Holiday Open House punch card at participating Old Town Businesses.
  • 5:00 p.m. – 8 p.m. – Kid Events
    • Free photos with Santa – PC ParaMedix LLC
    • Photographer – Reeb Photo
    • Cookie Decorating – Sassafras Tea Room
    • Cupcake Decorating – A Piece of Cake Greenwood
    • Ornament – The Flower Market
    • Balloon art – Walt’s Barber Shop, Inc
    • Face painting – Spiritual Gardens
    • String ornament – Teal Canary
    • Hot Drink Stand – Coffeehouse Five at Pringles Barbershop
    • Guess the Money Tree – Beau Jackson, Modern Woodmen of America
  • 6 – 7 p.m. – Cookies with Elsa at Bayberry Spa

Saturday

  • 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. – pick up a punch card at any participating shop.
  • 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Guess the Money Tree Beau Jackson, Modern Woodmen of America
  • 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. – Mistletoe Pop Up Market, 199 N. Madison St. parking lot.
  • noon – 2 p.m. – Yoga pose/picture with Santa One Self Yoga
  • 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Hot drink Stand – Coffeehouse Five at Pringle’s Barbershop
  • 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. – make wooden string ornaments at Teal Canary
  • 10:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. – Studio 317 Fitness & Cycling at Take Root Country Store
  • By 5 p.m. – turn in punch cards at any participating shop.
