350 E. Madison St., Madison Street Salvage: A man reported at 10:22 p.m. Tuesday the theft of a catalytic converter from a box truck had occurred.

150 Marlin Drive, Meijer: Reported at 6:50 p.m. Tuesday that a fraud had occurred.

1689 W. Smith Valley Road, National Bank: Reported at 5:22 p.m. Tuesday that someone was attempting to cash a fraudulent check.

500 S. Polk St., Christy’s Design and Sign: Reported at 4:41 p.m. Tuesday that a fraud had occurred.

Identity Theft

1900 block of Versailles Drive: Reported at 12:26 p.m. Tuesday that an identity theft had occurred.

8:06 p.m. Tuesday – U.S. 31 and Apryl Drive. Bie Dau, 38, Indianapolis. Dau reported having internal injury to his chest. Amy Wilson, 36, Indianapolis. Wilson reported having an fracture/dislocation with injury to her knee/lower leg/foot.

3:07 p.m. Monday – Main St. and Emerson Ave. Juvenile, 16, Greenwood, reported having pain and injury to their hip/upper leg.
