Identity Theft
200 block of Golf Court: A woman reported at 12:18 p.m. Thursday that she befriended someone on TikTok and provided them with personal information and that individual then opened two banking accounts in her name.
Narcotics
1251 U.S. 31 N., Barnes and Noble: Reported at 5:31 p.m. Thursday that a man was arrested and released on a summons for possession of paraphernalia.

Jose Q. Santana, 26, homeless; arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license; released on $250 bond.
Jason Michael Shaw, 37, Franklin; arrested on a charge of contempt; held on $2,000 bond.
