Richard “Dick” Foltz, 86, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Sunday, January 29th, 2023. Dick was preceded in death by his wife, Martha J. Marlin. He is survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, Betsy (Shawn, Shelby, Chase), Kip (Nick), Max (Jacob, Gretchen), Adam (Evan, Dylan), Krista and Sarah (Hayden, Hilde).
