The adult and teen departments of the Johnson County Public Library’s White River branch will be closed for repairs starting Monday.
Flooring will be repaired in those departments during the next week, following the pipe break and water leak that occurred in December due to extreme cold, spokesperson Jody Veldkamp said in an email.
Patrons will still be able to check out adult and teen materials, such as books, magazines and DVDs by requesting staff members retrieve them. Patrons can also pick up materials on hold in the library’s children’s area, according to a Johnson County Public Library news release.
