The Johnson County Election Board will hear challenges filed against four local candidates next week.
Three candidate challenges were filed against Greenwood Mayoral Candidate Joe Hubbard and one each against Prince’s Lakes Town Council Candidate Katie Hendrickson and Trafalgar Town Council candidates Rex Callon and Bryan Gregg last week.
The election board will hear the challenges during a public meeting on Feb. 22 at 8:30 a.m. The meeting will take place in the auditorium at the Johnson County Courthouse West Annex, 86 W. Court St., Franklin.
Prior to the Feb. 22 meeting, the election board will be holding another meeting at 11 a.m. this Thursday. Items on the agenda include a voter fraud complaint and late campaign finance report filings.
This meeting will also take place in the Courthouse West Annex Auditorium.
