In the depths of winter, any opportunity to get the kids out of the house and active is a welcome change. Calvary Baptist Church has a fun option to keep your kids from bouncing off your walls and instead bounce off of theirs.
The community is invited for a free indoor bounce house, balloon artist, games, prizes, food, candy and more. All of the activities are free and no donations are accepted.
GROWING UP BAROQUE, 1-2 p.m. Feb. 19, Johnson County Public Library, Clark Pleasant branch, 350 Clearwater Blvd., Whiteland
The Indianapolis Baroque Orchestra comes to Johnson County for a free program illuminating audience members on the joy of baroque music. Hear the tale of the noble Spanish knight Don Quixote as told through music, and learn about what makes baroque instruments so special.
There will be take home activities provided by the Indianapolis Baroque Orchestra.
