Construction work will alter commutes along State Road 37, Interstate 69 and Interstate 465 this week.
The left lane of southbound State Road 37 will be closed to traffic in Morgan County from Big Bend Road to Craven Road, with workers replacing cable barriers this week. Drivers should watch for workers on the shoulders of I-69 and State Road 37 in both Johnson and Morgan counties as they finish work on the highway, according to a construction update from the Indiana Department of Transportation.
Nightly double-lane closures between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. and daily single-lane restrictions will continue on I-465 as construction crews work on medians between I-465’s interchanges with Interstate 65 and Interstate 70, INDOT officials say.
Whether inside the construction zone or elsewhere, INDOT officials say people should also report potholes needing repair by calling 855-463-6848.
