Antilogy, a restaurant serving brunch, dinner, wine and bourbon will officially open during a ribbon-cutting ceremony 4 p.m. Monday.

Antilogy will serve as a brunch spot and a classy dinner date location, depending on the time of day.
The restaurant, located at 5867 N. State Road 135, just south of Smokey Row Road, is the product of four co-owners who all have roots in the Center Grove area. At 4 p.m. Monday, they’ll cut the ribbon on a restaurant that’s been more than a year in the making.
Aspire Johnson County and restaurant owners are hosting Monday afternoon’s ribbon cuttings. From 4 to 10 p.m. following the ribbon cutting, patrons will be able to order from the dinner menu, which includes a host of shareable plates, such as a slider trio, bourbon jalapeño and beef tenderloin crostini, among other offerings, such as wine and desserts.
Regular hours, beginning Tuesday, are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.
Antilogy will serve brunch offerings each Monday through Saturday until 4 p.m. and Sundays until 2 p.m.
