11:55 a.m. Monday – N. Morton St. and Schoolhouse Road. Scott Johnson Jr., 26, Franklin. Johnson reported having pain and injury to his chest.

8:05 a.m. Monday – W. Jefferson St. and Westview Drive. Rebeka Peters, 25, Franklin. Peters reported having pain and injury to her knee/lower leg/foot.

Battery

2132 U.S. 31 S., Get Go: Reported at 1:13 p.m. Monday that two unidentified men reportedly battered an employee of the gas station, fled on foot then jumped in a vehicle and left the area.

Fraud

389 E. Main St., Tillman’s: Reported at 3:10 p.m. Monday that a fraud had occurred.

Hit and Run

300 Marlin Drive: Reported at 8:11 p.m. Monday that a hit and run had occurred.

10:07 a.m. Monday – U.S. 31 and Fry Road. Robert Mark, 79, Greenwood. Mark reported having pain and injury to his chest. William Steward, 61, Indianapolis. Steward reported having minor bleeding with injury to his elbow/lower arm.

8:29 p.m. Monday – Smith Valley Road and Yorktown Road

6:35 p.m. Monday – E. Main St. and N. I-65

2:59 p.m. Monday – State Road 135 and Main St.

Theft

1251 U.S. 31 N., Von Maur: Reported at 2:41 p.m. Monday that two people were caught shoplifting.

Hit and Run

S. County Road 100 W. and State Road 44, Franklin: A man reported at 7:27 a.m. Monday that a vehicle with its bright lights on traveling the opposite direction struck his driver side mirror causing damage and continued without stopping.

Identity Theft

2800 block of Grandview Lane, Greenwood: A man reported at 10:48 a.m. Monday that he received a welcome letter from AT&T about enrolling in a program, he never enrolled in the program and believes someone had stolen his identity and opened the account.

Michael Kain Chenoweth, 32, Greenwood; arrested on charges of intimidation and resisting law enforcement; held on $2,000 bond.

William Jacob Dulworth, 24, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $300 bond.

Manuel J. Gonzalez, 45, Franklin; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with prior suspension; held on $2,000 bond.

Shavonne Patricia Kent, 28, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of battery, residential entry (burglary/breaking and entering) and criminal mischief; released on $3,900 bond.

Mariah Marie Mcrae, 26, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $300 bond.

Jashiona Lanae Neither, 29, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $300 bond.

Shanece Marie Leann Purcell, 23, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $300 bond.

Ashley Nicole Scruggs, 32, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $300 bond.

Tiarra M. Talbert, 27, Meridian, Mississippi; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $500 bond.

Linda Sue Tomaszewski, 34, South Bend; arrested on a charge of probation violation and wanted on out of county warrants; held without bond.

Lavleen P. Singh, 20, Indianapolis; also arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement using a vehicle and a minor consuming an alcoholic beverage; held on $4,200 bond.
