SCIPIO
Marilyn L. Ford, 69 of Scipio, Indiana passed away February 28, 2023 at her residence. She was born December 16, 1953 in Columbus, Indiana. She was the daughter of Billie E. and Ruth A. (Plummer) Dooley. She married N. Martin Ford on September 15, 1973 and he survives. She is also survived by her mother of Commiskey, Indiana, sons, Aaron B. Ford of Scipio, Indiana and Billy J. (Angie) Ford of North Vernon, Indiana, grandson, Chris Ford of Edinburgh, Indiana, and brothers, David (Vicky) Dooley of Elizabethtown, Indiana and Dale (Alice) Dooley of Commiskey, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Marilyn was a member of the Sovereign Christ Bible Fellowship in Columbus. She retired as a nurse from the Indiana Masonic Home after 25 years. She enjoyed cooking, and collecting blue glass, especially Cobalt Blue.
A funeral service will be conducted by Pastor Jim Pursley at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 3, 2023 at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana. Calling will be from 10:00 AM until time of service. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
