GREENWOOD, INDIANA
Gerald “Jerry” Peacock, 81 years old, went home to be with the Lord Friday, March 17, 2023.
He was born June 17, 1941 in Beech Grove, Indiana.
He leaves behind his wife, Sally, of 55 years. He also has a daughter, Kathleen, a son, Chad, and a grand-dog, Lola.
He was a bricklayer by trade and worked at Perry School District as a Courier for several years.
He loved riding his bike after retiring, and loved growing tomatoes and giving them out at church and to the neighbors. He was an outdoorsman who loved to fish and work in the yard. He loved to help others when he was able. Jerry was a faithful member of Northern Park Baptist Church and North Columbia Baptist Church in Columbia, Mississippi when we vacationed, making many new friends there.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 11:00am at Mt. Pleasant Greenwood Cemetery in Greenwood, Indiana.
