Hit and Run

2000 block of E. Benjamin St.: A woman reported at 6:04 p.m. Friday that her vehicle was struck by another vehicle in the parking lot of a apartment building and she also believes someone may have put sugar in her gas tank.

Personal-injury accidents

5:30 p.m. Monday – Branigin Road and Woodfield Blvd. Jill Jackson, 60, Trafalgar. Jackson reported having pain and injury to her head.

11:45 a.m. Monday – N. Morton St. and Lancer Drive. Barbara Emery, 69, Franklin. Emery reported having pain and injury to her back.

Property-damage accident

3:50 p.m. Monday – 2390 N. Morton St., Meijer entrance/exit

Thefts

1200 block of Lakeview Circle: A woman reported at 10:08 p.m. Friday that her decoration had been stolen from her front door.

580 Lemley St., Hickory Creek: A woman reported at 4:26 p.m. Friday that a resident stated she had a check from her stolen.

Fraud

1000 block of Peck St.: A man reported at 4:55 p.m. Monday that his ex-girlfriend withdrew over $25,000 from his bank account without his permission.

3300 block of Hemlock St.: Reported at 12:30 p.m. Monday that a fraud had occurred.

Identity Theft

180 block of Balmoral Way: Reported at 12:02 p.m. Monday that an identity theft had occurred.

8:04 a.m. Monday – Main St. and Emerson Ave. Kelly Temple, 31, Greenwood. Temple reported having pain and injury to her back.

10:45 p.m. Saturday – County Line Road and Morris Road. Tage Stevens, 18, Indianapolis. Stevens reported having pain and injury to his head.

Thefts

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 6:19 p.m. Monday that a juvenile was arrested and released on a summons for theft and released their parents.

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 3:38 p.m. Monday that a man was arrested for theft and another person was issued a summons for criminal conversion.

800 block of Sylvan St.: Reported at 12:17 p.m. Monday that a theft from a vehicle had occurred.

Deionshaneak Tarkenya Ka Shay Buford, 23, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $300 bond.

Jacob Paul McKinney, 47, Shelbyville; arrested on a charge of theft; held on $1,000 bond.

Holly N. McCabe, 41, Martinsville; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

Jami Clark, 37, Trafalgar; arrested on charges of possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia and possession of paraphernalia; released on $500 bond.

Adrian L. Guzman, 26, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of possession of stolen property; held on $1,200 bond.

Megan M. Schultz, 34, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $300 bond.

Darrien James Cornelius, 23, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of manufacture/dealing methamphetamine; released on $16,000 bond.

James Earl Voils, 60, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and driving while suspended with prior suspension; held on $2,200 bond.
