340 Market Plaza, Hair Emporium: Employees reported at 6:53 p.m. Thursday that a man and woman were tagging (graffiti) near the business.
1600 U.S. 31 S., Thornton’s: Reported at 12:50 p.m. Thursday that criminal mischief had occurred.
Identity Theft
100 block of N. State Road 135: Reported at 9:31 a.m. Thursday that an identity theft had occurred.

Thefts
1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 9:34 p.m. Thursday that a woman was arrested and released with a summons for shoplifting and a juvenile was arrested and released with a summons by her guardian.
1251 U.S. 31 N., JC Penney: Reported at 6:30 p.m. Thursday that a theft had occurred.
150 Marlin Drive: Reported at 5:04 p.m. Thursday that a theft had occurred.
18 Providence Drive, Teachers Credit Union: Reported at 12:10 p.m. Thursday that a theft in the area had occurred.
