40 E. Jefferson St.: A man reported at 9:53 a.m. Thursday that a white pickup truck with a flatbed had struck his mirror and continued driving.

1400 block of Millridge Drive: A man reported at 12:26 p.m. Thursday that he had sent over $20,000 to a scammer over the phone via wire transfer.
1251 U.S. 31 N., Best Buy Mobile: Reported at 10:25 a.m. Thursday the fraudulent purchase from Best Buy had occurred.

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 5:52 p.m. Thursday that a woman was arrested on a summons to appear fir criminal conversion.
1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 3:53 p.m. Thursday that a woman was arrested for theft.
1251 U.S. 31 N., Von Maur: Reported at 2:21 p.m. Thursday that shoplifting had occurred.
1300 Fry Road, Northwest Park: Reported at 1:35 p.m. Thursday the theft from a vehicle had occurred.
789 U.S 31 N., Panera Bread: Reported at 12:58 p.m. Thursday that a wallet had been stolen.
200 block of Black Maple Court: Reported at 9:35 p.m. Thursday that a theft had occurred.
