100 block of S. Main St.: Reported at 8:35 a.m. Monday that someone entered into the building under construction and emptied three fire extinguishers on the second floor.

2000 block of Woodfield Blvd.: A woman reported at 3 p.m. Monday that someone had used her previous name, personal information and had applied for a credit card.
Theft
2123 Younce St., Scott Park: A woman reported at 7:45 p.m. Monday that someone had broken out her vehicle window and stole her purse.

10 block of W. Paz Drive: A man reported at 3:53 p.m. Monday that while he was admitted to the hospital someone entered his residence, possibly through a window with a faulty lock and stole several items.

334 U.S. 31 S., American Legion: Reported at 8:01 p.m. Monday that a fraud had occurred.
300 Marlin Drive, Menards: Reported at 2:24 p.m. Monday that a man had committed fraud at the store.
1000 block of Windhorst Way: Reported at 8:36 a.m. Monday that a fraud had occurred.

20 block of Valley Way Place, Greenwood: A man reported at 1:31 p.m. Monday that someone used his reward miles to buy airline tickets without his permission.

Casey Allen Foreman, 31, Columbus; arrested on a charge of violation of community corrections; held without bond.
Tristan Ernest Lear, 26, Franklin; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.
Dillon Joseph Miller, 23, Greenwood; arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement, possession of controlled substance-schedule V and wanted on an out of county warrant; held without bond.
Lyman Lamont Oliver IV, 26, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.
