4:20 p.m. Monday – U.S. 31 and Christian Blvd. Deanna Sparks, 18, Franklin. Sparks reported having minor bleeding with injury to her face. Caron Newman, 67, Franklin. Newman reported having pain and injury to her chest.

200 block of Caplinger Place: Reported at 1:56 p.m. Tuesday that a fraud had occurred.
Hit and Run
20 block of W. County Line Road: Reported at 5:49 p.m. Tuesday that minor scrapes to the rear of a vehicle during a hit and run had occurred.
2200 Independence Drive, Kroger: Reported at 10:25 a.m. Tuesday that a hit and run had occurred.
Thefts
882 S. State Road 135, Walmart: Reported at 12:56 p.m. Tuesday that a woman was arrested for criminal conversion and released on a summons to appear.
1200 block of Westminster Row: Reported at 10:52 a.m. Tuesday the theft of a vehicle had occurred.
1500 block of Spring St.: Reported at 8:17 a.m. Tuesday that a theft had occurred.

Angie L. Palmer, 44, Franklin; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia and possession of paraphernalia; held on $6,400 bond.
James Michael Ford, 31, Greenwood; arrested on charges of residential entry (burglary/breaking and entering), possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and wanted on an out of county warrant; held without bond.
Edward Earl Bradley, 41, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, driving while suspended with prior suspension and wanted on an out of county warrant; held without bond.
Robert J. McCue, 51, Franklin; arrested on charges of possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and wanted on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Grant Wayne Woodson III, 20, Indianapolis; also arrested on charges of criminal recklessness, dealing marijuana/hashish/salvia, possession of stolen property, operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license and domestic battery; held on $6,400 bond.
