5:52 p.m. Friday – U.S. 31 S. and Apryl Drive. Clint Anderson, 21, Greenwood. Anderson reported having pain and injury to his chest.
4:43 p.m. Friday – 990 block of E. County Line Road and Emerson Ave. Kimberly Pennington, 56, Plainfield. Pennington reported having pain and injury to her chest.

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 7:09 p.m. Monday that a woman was issued a summons for criminal conversion and possession of controlled substance.
150 Marlin Drive, Meijer: Reported at 6:11 p.m. Monday that a woman was issued a summons for theft and trespassed from all Meijer property.
200 block of Cottonwood Lane: Reported at 10:32 a.m. Monday that a debit card was stolen from a parked vehicle overnight.
400 block of Camby Court: A man reported at 7:59 a.m. Monday that his vehicle was stolen from his driveway.
