MT. AUBURN, IN
| Donna Marie Turner, 72 of Mt. Auburn, Indiana passed away May 24, 2023 at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin, Indiana. She was born on February 12, 1951 in Indianapolis. She was the daughter of Robert L. Handley and Mary Jane (Stanley) Handley. She married James Lee “Jim” Turner on July 4, 1969 and he preceded her in death on October 23, 2014.
She is survived by her sons, James (Casey) Turner of Edinburgh, Indiana and Jason (Christina) Turner of Franklin, Indiana, daughters, Donella Turner of Edinburgh, Indiana and Dawn (Jerrie)Leclercq of Shelbyville, Indiana, grandchildren, Markita Turner (Daniel), James Trenton Warner, Justin (Taylor)Leclercq, Jenna (Zachary) Niece, James Ryan (Adrianna) Turner, Caleb Turner, Eli Turner, Tyler Turner, and Jaylee Turner, great-grandchildren, Lillian Bliton, Owen Bliton, Asher Bliton, Ruby Bliton, Lyla Niece, and Rhett Leclercq, and sister, Jackie (John) Brown of Vernon, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Donna worked for many years as a LPN. She enjoyed her favorite holiday, Christmas, spending time with her grandchildren, bowling, fishing, watching NASCAR and was a Tony Stewart fan. She was also an animal lover. A funeral service will be conducted by Pastor Stacey Tucker at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Who-So-Ever-Will Community Church, 623 S. Eisenhower Street, Edinburgh, Indiana. Calling will be from 11:00 AM until time of service at 2:00 PM. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh. Arrangements made by Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana. |
