11:38 a.m. Tuesday – U.S. 31 and State Road 252, Franklin. Mary Nelson, 77, Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Nelson reported having an abrasion with injury to her entire body.

Jayden Martell Freeman, 25, Madison; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.
Kenetth R. Montgomery, 26, Bloomington; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $350 bond.
