FRANKLIN, IN.
Kevin Thomas “Spanky” Jamieson, 55, of Franklin, IN passed away Sunday, June 11, 2023. He was born May 12, 1968, in Indianapolis, IN to Robert Wehr Jamieson and Sonia Darlene (Swayze) Jamieson. He married Dana Lynn (Henry) Jamieson on October 22, 1988, in Indianapolis, IN, she survives.
Spanky was a 1986 graduate of Greenwood High School.
He had been employed as a maintenance associate at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin, IN for ten years. He also had been employed by Trisler Hardwood Flooring in Whiteland for twenty years.
He enjoyed traveling with his family to Manistee, MI, camping, music, watching The Price Is Right and Jeopardy, his dog Rudy and going to the Grill Bar in Franklin, IN. Spanky could be seen driving his golf cart around Franklin.
Survivors include his wife Dana Lynn (Henry) Jamieson of Franklin, IN, his two sons Todd Matthew Henry Jamieson (fiancé Amanda Armstrong) of Franklin, IN and Tyler Robert Thomas Jamieson (Jessica) of Franklin, IN, his mother Sonia Darlene (Swayze) Jamieson of Greenwood, IN, his three grandchildren Easton Tyler Matthew Jamieson, Caiden Thomas Lee Jamieson and Addison Faith Jamieson, a brother Scott Jamieson (Karen) of Trafalgar, IN, a sister Lorna Renee Morales (Jesse) of Fairbanks, AK, mother-in-law Linda Darlene (Betts) Henry of Franklin, IN, nieces Krista Murray (Andy), Brandi Tames (Andrew), Kara Lewis (Daniel) and Megan Jackson (Joshua),a nephew Christian Henry, several great-nieces and nephews and a brother-in-law Christopher Lee Henry of Franklin, IN.
He was preceded in death by his father Robert Wehr Jamieson and his father-in-law Robert Riley Henry.
A service will take place Monday, June 19, 2023, at 3PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial, 300 South Morton, Franklin, IN. Friends may call Monday, June 19, 2023, from 12 Noon until service time at the mortuary.
