An event is planned to raise money to help a Prince’s Lakes police officer suffering from health issues.
A benefit for Officer Richard Hanlin will take place at Trusted Realty Partners of Indiana, 103 S. State Road 135, Trafalgar, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday. Hanlin has been undergoing health issues, according to a Prince’s Lakes news alert.
There will be a fish fry, breaded tenderloins, funnel cakes and elephant ears to eat at the benefit. Two bounce houses will be available for children to play in.
There will also be a live band from, according to posts from the town of Prince’s Lakes and town of Trafalgar.
All of the proceeds will go to Hanlin, who is a Trafalgar resident, the town said.
