ARTS AT THE AMP, 9-10 a.m. June 23, DriveHubler.com Amphitheater at Youngs Creek Park, 161 W. Monroe St., Franklin

Franklin Parks and Recreation continues its Arts at the Amp program, offering different cultural experiences throughout the summer at the downtown amphitheater. This session is a special kids Zumba class, allowing young ones to get their wiggles out during the hour-long dance/exercise class.

The program is sponsored by the Branigin Foundation and the Johnson County Health Department.

CAMP ATTERBURY COMMUNITY DAY AND 5K RUN, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. June 24, Camp Atterbury, 3008 Hospital Road, Edinburgh

For the past 80 years, Camp Atterbury has been a key component the country’s military forces, woven into the fabric of the Johnson County community. To help celebrate, leaders are inviting the public to the camp for a daylong event, starting with a 5K run/walk/ruck at 8 a.m.

Other activities include military equipment displays, tours, rappelling demonstrations, vendors, games and food.
