Shoplifting

2125 N. Morton St., Walmart: Reported at 4 p.m. Wednesday a woman attempted to leave the store without paying for some items.

Averitt Road and Cambra Drive: Police responded to a report of indecent exposure at 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Thefts

1250 S. U.S. 31, Ray Skillman Ford: Reported at 11:23 a.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.

692 S. State Road 135, Circle K: A theft of an iPhone was reported at 3:04 p.m. Wednesday.

7200 block of Stones Crossing Road: Reported at 11:20 p.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.

Shoplifting

150 Marlin Drive, Meijer: Reported at 7:36 p.m. Wednesday that shoplifting had occurred. Abdalrahman Elkhatib was issued a summons for conversion and a false identity statement.

Johnson County

Narcotics

Smith Valley Road, Greenwood: A deputy conducted a traffic stop 6:20 p.m. Wednesday and found methamphetamine in the vehicle. Kimberly Chaney and Joshua Fountain were arrested and booked into the Johnson County jail.

County Line Road and Morgantown Road: A deputy conducted a traffic stop at 6:25 p.m. Wednesday and found marijuana in the car after a search. The driver was issued citations, summons and warnings.

Joshua R. Fountain, 40, Greenwood; arrested on a charges of possession of paraphernalia, driving while suspended and an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Michael K. Hammond, 31, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $300 bond.

Tamara Jolen Hargraves, 47, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of a legend drug and possession of a narcotic drug; released on $2,400 bond.

Jordan Christopher Holiday, 23, Quincy; arrested on a charge of invasion of privacy; released on $250 bond.

Ootsa Marn, 21, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $300 bond.

Angel Lee Smith, 22, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for probation violation; held without bond.

Justin L. Striby, 43, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of possession of stolen property; released on $1,200 bond.

Joshua Wayne Thomas, 30, Edinburgh; arrested on charges of battery against a public safety official, interfering with public safety and disorderly conduct; held without bond.
