2:14 a.m. Friday – U.S. 31 and N. Loews Blvd. Kimberly McDowell-Rutherford, 55, Whiteland. Rutherford reported having pain and injury to her back. Vernon Blackford, 68, Indianapolis. Blackford reported having minor bleeding with injury to his head.
